Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before you engage

What does managed IT support include?+

Managed IT support can include monitoring and alerting, business-hours support, patch management, infrastructure guidance, and recurring service reviews. The exact scope and after-hours response are defined by the engagement and SLA.

Do you provide 24/7 support?+

Monitoring and alerting run 24/7/365. Staffed support hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern, with after-hours response following the contracted severity and SLA terms.

How do new projects get started?+

We begin with a discovery conversation or focused assessment, clarify business priorities and constraints, then recommend a phased plan with clear ownership, timing, and next steps.

Can you support teams outside Florida?+

Yes. Core TSP is Florida-based and most discovery, support, and project work can be delivered securely remotely for teams across Florida and beyond. On-site work can be arranged when appropriate.

What should I include in a first inquiry?+

Share your business context, the technology or security challenge, who is affected, and any timing or compliance constraints. Email is preferred because it gives the team enough context to route the request effectively.
